This created a new workflow: VRoid base nude => Blender to size and adjust assets => Export asset in .FBX format => Unity to attach to Model and apply shader changes if required. Blender can bug VRM0 pretty badly from skin randomly unwrapping in some places or wrapping where it shouldn't to extreme cases like completely blowing apart the model from Root (imagine a face floating away from the body) which Unity does not have a problem with
